Day 2: Guangzhou

Next, head to Dafo Temple, a peaceful Buddhist temple with a giant Buddha statue. It is a peaceful place to explore and learn about Guangzhou’s Buddhist traditions.
For lunch, you can enjoy traditional Cantonese cuisine at a local restaurant and try iconic dishes such as dim sum, roast goose or shrimp dumplings.
In the afternoon, you can explore the bustling Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, a popular shopping area full of shops, restaurants and historical landmarks. This vibrant area offers both a modern retail experience and a glimpse into the city’s history. Afterwards, you can take a tram and take a scenic route through the city’s historic neighborhoods to appreciate the charm of Guangzhou from a unique perspective.
In the evening, visit the Canton Tower, the tallest building in Guangzhou. Take the elevator to the top of the tower and enjoy panoramic views of Guangzhou, which is especially beautiful at night when the city lights shine. Finally, end the day on a Pearl River Night Cruise to see the illuminated skyline and iconic buildings such as the Canton Tower, a magical end to your day.
Day 3: Guangzhou--Qingyuan

In the morning, depart from Guangzhou to Gulong Gorge in Qingyuan. First visit the Big Waterfall, one of the main natural attractions in the area.
