Day 1: Arrival in Shanghai

Day 2: Shanghai

Take your time to explore the tranquil paths, pavilions, and koi ponds. Afternoon: Next, head to the Shanghai World Financial Center. Day 3: Shanghai-Mount Huang

Day 4: Mount Huang

Start your adventure by taking the cable car to the summit, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Once at the top, explore famous spots such as Lotus Peak and Bright Summit, both offering stunning vistas and excellent photo opportunities. As you hike along the well-marked trails, look out for the iconic pine trees and unique rock formations that make Mount Huang so special. If time allows, consider visiting the Xihai Grand Canyon, known for its dramatic scenery and picturesque paths. Note: From December to mid-March, Lotus Peak and the West Sea Grand Canyon may be closed due to heavy snowfall, so please be free to contact us to adjust your itinerary.

Day 5: Hongcun-Mount Huang Departure

Mount Huang-Hongcun None Breakfast In the morning, you’ll rise early (around 5:00 to 6:00 AM) to ascend Mount Huang and witness a breathtaking sunrise. On a clear day, you’ll be treated to the stunning sight of golden sunlight piercing through the mist, illuminating the rocks and peaks. After enjoying the sunrise, return to your hotel for breakfast before heading to the famous Paiyun Pavilion, where you can take in the incredible view of the “Monkey Watching the Sea” from Lion Peak (1,690 meters). Following your mountain adventure, you’ll visit Hongcun, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ancient village, dating back to the Song Dynasty, is celebrated as one of China’s most beautiful villages. It’s also known as the filming location for the Oscar-winning movie “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.” At the end of your tour, you’ll be transferred to the station for your train to your next destination or back to Shanghai.
